Overview Mitchell Adam is partnering with a substantial international group to appoint a Head of Group Reporting and FPandA into a pivotal position within its senior finance leadership team. Operating on a significant scale, with a complex, multi-site structure and international presence, this business is continuing to grow and evolve. With further development and transformation on the horizon, there is a real opportunity for an experienced finance leader to influence how the group reports, plans and measures its performance. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this is a broad role combining technical financial reporting, group-wide planning and commercial insight. You will have regular exposure to the Board, responsibility for a talented team of four and the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the organisation. What is required We are looking for an accomplished finance professional who has operated within a large, complex business and understands the demands of reporting at group level. The successful individual will be technically excellent, ideally ACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong background in consolidated reporting, statutory accounts and managing complex external audits. A thorough understanding of FRS 102 is particularly important, alongside the ability to navigate technical accounting matters with confidence.
