As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll assist on a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. You’ll be assisting on everything from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity, working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring each transaction runs smoothly, with a focus on delivering exceptional service at every stage.Key Responsibilities

Assist on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.Work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure transactions progress seamlessly.Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.Provide top-tier client service, maintaining strong, professional relationships throughout.What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.Skills: Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be interacting with clients and professionals at all levels.Team Player: While you’ll work independently, you’ll also collaborate effectively within the team, contributing to a positive environment.Client-Focused: A proactive approach to client service with a focus on building long-lasting, trusting relationships.What’s on Offer?
