Lead a stable 3-bed EBD home to deliver Good or better outcomesDevelop and implement tailored care plans for each young personRecruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, child-focused teamPromote participation and consultation with children and young peopleAllocate and oversee key working relationshipsWork in partnership with professionals and families to support each child\''s progressManage complaints, concerns and safeguarding matters with care and rigourEnsure safe, effective commercial and regulatory management of the homeAttend and contribute to care planning and review meetingsMaintain full compliance with all standards and the Home\''s Statement of PurposeBenefits

At least 2 years\'' experience in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory roleLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to start within 6 months)Strong understanding of SCCIF, Quality Standards, safeguarding, and legislationSkilled in planning, budgeting, leading teams, and managing riskExcellent communication skills—written and spokenUnderstanding of trauma-informed care and complex needsFull UK driving licenceWhy Join
