Payroll and Benefits Manager £50,000 pro rata 3 days per week (2 days office) We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources team. Working as part of a small, collaborative HR team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience, providing expert guidance on payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice.Payroll ManagementManage and process the monthly payroll from start to finish.Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related matters.Maintain accurate payroll records within the HRIS.Reconcile payroll transactions within the general ledger.Manage year-end payroll processes, including the preparation and submission of P60s and P11Ds.Keep abreast of legislation, taxation requirements, and regulatory changes affecting payroll and benefits.Benefits AdministrationOversee the administration of all employee benefits programmes.Manage relationships with external benefit providers and third-party suppliers.Support benefits renewals, communications, and employee queries.Ensure benefits administration is delivered efficiently and accurately.HR and Reward SupportSupport annual salary and bonus review processes.Assist with the administration and ..... full job details .....
