Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Head of Property Design and Delivery to join Staffordshire Council on an initial 6 month contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. The Role: This role will oversee the insourcing of a Property Professional Services Design function via TUPE, managing a team of approximately 30 professionals and overseeing supplier relationships. The role is pivotal in transitioning services from external providers to in-house delivery, including full responsibility for TUPE processes. The post holder will provide strategic leadership, ensure service excellence, and drive innovation in property design and delivery.
