Plant Fitter Maidstone, Kent Full Time, Permanent Mon - Fri + Saturdays time) £20 per hour Double Time on Saturday Vehicle and Fuel Card Working in a major quarry in Maidstone, the successful candidate will be repairing and maintaining all of the fixed and mobile plant associated with the quarry. (Crushers, conveyors, screens etc) Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working with heavy plant. Good knowledge of hydraulics and preferably some experience with diesel engines as well as good general welding and fabricating experience. Will ideally have BTEC/City and Guilds or similar engineering qualifications. Repairs and PPM on fixed and mobile plant Working with hydraulics and Pneumatics Welding and Fabricating Working as part of team Adhering to health and safety Previous experience in quarry/aggregates/cement (not essential) The client is offering a competitive hourly rate of £20 with double time on a Saturday.
