ARCHITECT

POSITION :  Architect

LOCATION : Commutable from Hull , Beverley , Grimsby, Lincoln , Doncaster, Selby , York, Leeds 

Hybrid role - Generally in the office 2/3 days per week

HOURLY RATE : Contract rate available on a PAYE or Ltd Co basis ( outside IR35) - £27PH - £35PH.  

THE ROLE :  This is a contract position for 3-6 months for an experienced Architect to join this multi-disciplinary practice.  

Working across all RIBA stages
Developing architectural solutions from concept to technical design and construction stages
Attend site meetings
Liaise with stakeholders
Coordinate consultants
Feasibility work

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience working as an Architect ideally with experience in housing , but all sectors of work considered
• Be proficient with AutoCAD , Revit and 3D presentational software
• Candidates must be a qualified Architect (ARB)
• Direct working knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
• The ability to run projects from inception to completion
• Full driving licence
