The services that are being upgraded include internet connections (circuits), firewalls, network switches, wireless access points, telephone handsets and the guest wireless captive portal. Responsibilities: Project support to support and co-ordinate the network upgrade roll out.Ideally you will have some experience previously in a technical operations role or in a hospitality operations role and will be looking to move in to working on technology deployment projects.Communications (emails and phone calls) with teams and delivery partners to coordinate logistics to schedule the migrations.Manage compilation and issuing of technical documentation to third parties to facilitate the network migrations.Attending and managing conference bridges for remotely managed network migrations.Attending regular project calls with delivery partners; managing and closing out actions resulting from the calls.
