Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister The personal commission structure is outstanding with 2.5% for booking the PMA (Property Market Appraisal) so if you book the valuation (pick up the phone first) and it comes on to the market you have already earnt 2.5% commission. You then list the property on to the market and take a further 5% and then sell it and receive a further 5% so a combined 12.5% personal commission is on offer. The basic salary is £18,000 and you will offered an initial salary guarantee and with current average fees of £6,000 and based on you only achieving 5 sales per month the on target earnings is between £50,000 and £55,000. You will be offered a % of office commission after a period.
