Purchase Ledger Controller
Adaptable Recruitment are excited to be working with a well established organisation in South Warrington who is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Controller to join their team on a permanent basis . Salary and Benefits Up to £32000 per annum Hybrid working policy in place ( one day from home ) Free parking on site Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcessing and posting, coding all supplier invoices in Sage.Producing a list of suggested payments for authorisation weekly taking into consideration terms and due dates.Reconciliation of supplier accounts and cross checks to supplier statements.Accurate allocation of costs across the different departments and sites.Assisting the FC with ad-hoc projects to enhance the purchase ledger function.Ensuring that all relevant invoices are posted and included for the month end deadline Assisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc projects when required.Experience and skills requiredAAT qualified or similar Experience of purchase ledger processingNominal Ledger experienceSage Intact Experience - EssentialGood Team PlayerAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to enhance/review current systemsKnowledge of utilities - would be advantageous
