An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Accounts Administrator to join our client who are located in the picturesque town of Bakewell. As the Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator

• Maintain sales and purchase ledgers
• Assist with credit control
• Prepare, file, and reconcile both manual and electronic invoices
• Provide support for administrative and HR tasks
• Daily maintenance of sales ledger, purchase ledger, cash book, and nominal ledger
• Offer ad hoc support as required
• Negotiating with debtors and creditors
• Manage own workload and meet deadlines effectively

What We''re Looking for

You will have:

• Previous Finance/Accounts Administration experience
• Experience on both sales and purchase ledger
• Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving license required
