The Role Working as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring plant and machinery operate efficiently through a combination of planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production machinery and equipment. Respond to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs. Undertake electrical or mechanical fault finding, depending on your engineering bias. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and reduce downtime. Ensure machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Work closely with production and engineering colleagues to minimise disruption.
