Create a warm, safe and vibrant atmosphere for members and guestsGreet, chat, and support members with anything they needOnboard new members and help them feel at homePlan and host great events (think coffee mornings, socials, wellness and pop-ups)Keep the front desk looking sharp and the building running like clockworkLiaise with ops and maintenance teams to keep standards sky-highPitch in with ideas for improving the member experienceYou’ll love this if you…

Have experience in a customer-facing role0 ideally in coworking, hospitality, theatre or front-of-houseAre confident with tech (you’ll be trained on our CRM and booking systems)Are curious, thoughtful and love connecting with peopleHave a flair for organising and hosting eventsWant to work Mon–Fri (no evenings or weekends!)Are proactive, professional and great under pressureBring creativity, energy, and a touch of theatre to your dayWant to grow your career – several of our Community Associates have been promoted into Community Manager rolesWhy work for us?
