About the Role: As an HLTA, you''ll work closely with class teachers and the wider SEN team to support pupils'' learning and development. You''ll lead small group sessions, assist with planning and delivering tailored activities, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of each child.
