Children''s Home Residential Support Worker - Waking Nights/Day/BANK

The Open Care Group are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join us to work in our Residential Children''s Home as a Residential Support Worker. We have the following roles available: Waking Nights, Day RSW and BANK. Accountable to: Responsible Individual, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Residential Support Worker. Location of Service: The Open Care GroupPurpose of the Position To provide advice, assistance, and support to children and young people. To attend to their practical, physical, and emotional needs. To act as an appropriate role model to support and help them address their difficulties.
