They are seeking an SPF Property Loans Administrator to work with them on a permanent basis.Candidate must have experience in development finance / bridging and must have experience conducting end-to-end loans administration.The responsibilities of the SPF Property Loans Administrator will include:Operate within the Banks controls and risk management procedures.Liaise with the Banks Operations, Treasury, Credit Department and Compliance teams.To create and maintain client loan account records.To monitor limit and expiry reports.To obtain client references where required.To instruct the Bank''s professionals (including solicitors, surveyors and quantity surveyors) and ensure that all reports received are satisfactory. Liaise with the Managers within SPF to discuss contents and suitability of all such reports and liaise with the Bank''s Credit Department.Check and release payments, both for initial drawdowns of loans and subsequent interim certificates from quantity surveyors.Monitor all loan and professional panel insurance requirements and maintain a diary system to ensure renewal of policies.To ensure fees and charges are taken in line with loan agreements.Deal with the opening and closing of client accounts, liaising with the Bank''s Operations Department.Deal with the Customer Due Dilige
