This role includes a 0.5 remission and involves the delivery of 12 hours of Multi-Skills teaching between Monday to Thursday with Fridays allocated for non-teaching and programme leadership duties.The role of Programme Lead is to assist the Centre Principal with the operational day to day running of the area. The post holder will be expected to teach an appropriate caseload within the designated curriculum area of Multiskills.An ability to develop and promote good professional practice with colleagues is essential to this role.
