Role OverviewAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate (3-5 PQE+) to join a nationally recognised employment team within a leading UK law firm specialising in the health, social care, life sciences and third sector markets.Based in the firm''s Newcastle office, you will advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse client base that includes providers, commissioners, regulators and policy makers. The role offers exposure to complex, high-profile work, including advising on workforce issues linked to innovative healthcare delivery models, organisational change, and emerging technologies within the sector.You will work as part of a collaborative national practice, gaining access to high-quality work while developing your own experience and profile within a supportive and well-established team.Candidate Profile/Experience neededThe successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with ideally 3-5 years'' PQE (applications outside this range will be considered on merit) and a strong grounding in employment law.You will demonstrate: Solid experience handling employment tribunal claims and managing contentious matters autonomouslyConfidence running ET litigation files day-to-day, alongside advising on non-contentious advisory workAn interest in, or experience advising, health, social care, public sector or third sector clients (sector experience advantageous but not essential)The ability to supervise and m
