They are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer who will be reporting to the Engineering Team Leader. Although you will be working in a team you should be able to work under your own steam. Key skills required for this role: A highly experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a strong track record of delivering projects across diverse sectors, adhering to a range of industry compliance standards. Skilled in the design of AC systems (415V and below) and DC systems (36V and below), including applications in highly regulated environments such as the defence sector. Proven expertise in power management, load calculation, and the design of safe and efficient power distribution systems. Previously served as a Design Authority on a major project, contributing to the development of organisational design capabilities and best practices. Holds a minimum of an HNC/HND qualification in Electrical Engineering. The salary for this Senior Electrical Design Engineer role will be £50,000-£60,000 per annum.
