This isn''t a desk-based position where policies sit in a folder you''ll be expected to roll your sleeves up and make a tangible difference to the safety of the business.You''ll work across two sites, helping to ensure that our people, processes and working environments meet the highest possible standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and drive the company''s health, safety and environmental strategy across both sites.Manage and maintain HSE management systems, ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry best practice.Lead projects to achieve and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification.Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulatory requirements.Conduct and oversee risk assessments, audits and workplace inspections.Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing effective corrective actions.Monitor, analyse and report HSE performance metrics to senior leadership.Chair HSE committee meetings ..... full job details .....
