Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary School Lambeth September Start A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Lambeth is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential in a positive school environment. The Role As an LSA, you will work alongside teachers and the SEN team to support students with a range of additional learning needs, both in class and through small group or one-to-one interventions. Key Responsibilities Provide classroom, one-to-one, and small group support. Assist students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. Promote positive behaviour and student engagement. Support teachers in delivering inclusive lessons. Help create a safe and supportive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Experience working with children or young people is desirable. A genuine passion for education and supporting students. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
