You will ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality administrative and client support throughout the conveyancing process.This position would suit someone with previous conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding day-to-day administrative support to fee earners within the Conveyancing teamPreparing and managing correspondence, documentation, and legal formsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties in a professional and timely mannerOpening, closing, and maintaining accurate client filesSupporting matters from instruction through to completionEnsuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirementsThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary within a busy Conveyancing departmentComfortable managing a varied workload and wo
