Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring delivery excellence for key clients. Support and mentor junior team members, helping to shape the next generation of QS talent. Produce high-level feasibility studies, cost estimates, and detailed cost plans at all design stages. Prepare and manage tender documentation, analyse tender returns, and advise on procurement strategies. Provide sound contract advice and oversee post-contract administration, variation management, and final account settlements. Attend client and project meetings, providing timely and accurate cost reporting. Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery partners. Contribute to wider business planning
