The Supply Chain and Governance Technicians reports in the day to day to the Supply Chain and Governance Coordinator and hierarchically to the Head of Operational Excellence and Business Management. Requirement - Preparing Requests for quotes and ensuring sourcing is carried out in line with the appropriate HMG code and buying policyPreparing the Consumables, Expendables and General procurement ordersPreparing internal purchasing requirements in SAP and MySupply, converting them into purchase requisitions and purchase ordersPosting Goods Receipts for services and non-consumable items in SAP, and ensuring invoices are paid in a timely fashionMonitoring purchase orders raised by EGP UK/PTCreating users and profiles in the PVM portal to enable staff to request uniform / PPECreating and maintaining internal records on all purchase requisitions and purchase orders via orderbooks or other recognised methodsGenerating Procurement KPIs and reports The Role - More than 3 years? experience in Procurement/Supply ChainExperience of using SAPGood knowledge of MS Office toolsNegotiation level of English both verbal and writtenGood planning and organisational skills Disclaimer: This vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource Managers Limited, Advanced Resource Manage
