Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with additional needs such as Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and behavioural challenges.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver targeted interventions
  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
  • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
