Compliance Manager (Insurance Industry) Location: London Hybrid Working Permanent, Full Time LNJ Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing insurance group to recruit a Compliance Manager. This is a broad and influential compliance role, working closely with the Group Compliance Director and senior stakeholders across the business. You''ll play an important part in strengthening the organisation''s governance framework, managing regulatory obligations and helping the business respond effectively to regulatory change. The role would suit someone with strong insurance compliance experience who enjoys the governance and operational side of compliance, rather than purely monitoring or advisory work.The Role You''ll provide oversight, coordination and regulatory expertise across a range of governance, risk and compliance activities, helping ensure compliance remains embedded across the organisation.
