Cost Management and EstimationPrepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for fitout projectsMonitor project costs throughout delivery to ensure financial controlCarry out cost analysis and value engineering where required2. Contract AdministrationPrepare, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontract agreementsAdminister variations, change orders, and contractual claimsEnsure compliance with all contractual obligations3. Procurement and Supplier ManagementSource, assess, and appoint subcontractors and suppliersIssue tender documentation and evaluate returnsNegotiate commercial terms to ensure best value delivery4. Financial Control and ReportingProduce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projectionsManage valuations, applications for payment, and final accountsEnsure timely and accurate invoicing and financial reporting5. Risk ManagementIdentify commercial and project risksMaintain and upda
