Helpdesk Coordinator - Facilities ManagementLocation: Leeds - LS1 (office-based - no parking)Salary: £25,000 - £30,000Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours)Our client, an expanding FM business, is growing its helpdesk team as part of a wider restructure driven by continued growth and new contract wins. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced FM environment where no two days are the same.The role Handle incoming helpdesk queries via phone, email and CAFMLog and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance worksLiaise with engineers and subcontractorsSupport scheduling, invoicing and general FM administrationMaintain accurate records for compliance and reportingTake ownership of jobs from start to finish The person Direct, organised and proactiveComfortable working under pressureA self-starter who takes accountabilityConfident using systems and AI technologyFM, maintenance or helpdesk experience beneficial but not essential Benefits 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)Paid birthday leave (if it falls on a weekday)Additional holiday for each year of service after two yearsOne paid wellbeing hour per week To apply for this role, please send your CV to (url removed)
