Key Responsibilities Opening and/or securing the school premises. Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs. Ensuring school buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and well-presented. Conducting routine health and safety checks. Responding to maintenance requests and site-related issues. Monitoring site security and reporting concerns. Assisting with room setups for meetings, events, and examinations. Liaising with contractors and overseeing site access where required. Supporting compliance with health and safety procedures.
