The Role and About You:In your first phase, you ll master candidate management and recruitment processes: Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and our database.Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability.Managing candidates through every step of the recruitment journey.Generating leads and tracking future opportunities.Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate. Once you re ready, you ll step up to 360 recruitment: Building relationships with businesses and securing new clients.Managing your own accounts and developing repeat business.Advising clients and matching them with top engineering talent.Running recruitment projects from start to finish -
