Deliverables:Deliverable 1: To support setting up patching serviceDeliverable 2: Negotiating patching schedules with internal and external stakeholdersDeliverable 3: Managing ongoing patchingExperience required:Experience with enterprise patching or vulnerability management toolsUnderstanding of enterprise IT environments and patching conceptsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyExperience producing reports and writing data queriesStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and risksExperience working with application or service ownersAbility to communicate technical information clearly and professionallyAwareness of IT service management principles (e.g. ITIL)Experience supporting audit, risk, or security assurance activitiesStrong stakeholder managementIf your profile demonstrates strong and recent
