Board Member - Finance and Treasury £7,000 per annum plus reasonable expenses Madistone,Kent Part-Time Golding Homes is looking for a new Board member with strong expertise in corporate financial management and audit and corporate accounting to help shape the future of our organisation and the homes and services we provide across Kent. As a Board member, you will contribute to strategy, scrutiny, assurance and collective decision-making. You will help the Board gain confidence that Golding is meeting its strategic objectives, managing risk effectively and complying with its legal, regulatory and landlord obligations. We are particularly interested in candidates with substantial senior leadership experience in the social housing sector and deep knowledge of developing financial strategy, planning, analysis and monitoring against business plans and an appreciation of key issues relating to treasury management and financial markets.
