The role is ideal for an experienced paralegal with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage a complex caseload independently, while providing support to the wider team.The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the Law Society''s Conveyancing Protocol and experience within the CQS framework, supporting the delivery of smooth and efficient residential property transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and progressing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityNew-build transactionsShared ownership schemesSupporting fee earners with complex cases, ensuring timely and accurate documentationLiaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholdersConducting due diligence and reviewing title and property documentationMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and key datesProviding guidance and mentoring to junior paralegals or support staffContributing to process improvements and efficient workflow within the teamSkills and AttributesSignificant residential conveyancing experience, ideally at a senior paralegal levelStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent
