Associate Engineer - London 75,000 - 90,000 Permanent Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) A growing building services consultancy is looking for an Associate Engineer to join its senior management team in London. This is a leadership role for a chartered engineer with at least 10 years'' experience who wants to run a team, lead projects and have a real say in where the business goes next. The Role As an Associate, you''ll be a senior engineer, a people leader and a business ambassador in one. You''ll lead a team day to day, run multiple projects, and be the face of the business with clients and the wider industry. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as line manager for your team, looking after their workload, wellbeing, job satisfaction and career development. Leading multiple projects and taking responsibility for fees, resources and successful delivery across your team. Leading engineering design at every project stage and coordinating building services with the external design team. Providing technical leadership, developing innovative concept designs and helping colleagues grow their expertise.
