Based on the outskirts of Spalding, Lincolnshire, this role is integral in providing strategic financial leadership, driving profitable growth, and ensuring the continuous improvement of financial systems and policies. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing risk, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations. The ideal candidate will be CIMA qualified, with a strong background in finance, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industries. However, this industry experience is not essential.
