Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are actively seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Central region team.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Tamworth office with hybrid and flexible working.Your new roleAs an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and infrastructure projects from contract award through to final account.Working closely with the Commercial Manager and experienced Quantity Surveyors, you will be involved in:Assisting with cost management, forecasting and budget controlPreparing valuations, applications for payment and financial reportsSupporting subcontractor procurement, administration and account managementMonitoring project costs and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performanceAssisting with contract administration and change management processesPreparing cost reports, reconciliations and commercial documentationBuilding strong relationships with project ..... full job details .....
