A leading, award-winning design & build company is looking for a Junior Estimator to join their growing Birmingham team. You’ll support the delivery of standout hospitality and commercial interior projects across the UK.

The Role

• Assist in preparing project estimates and cost plans
• Interpret drawings, specs, and technical documents
• Source and analyse supplier/subcontractor quotes
• Support budgeting and cost control
• Work closely with design, commercial, and delivery teams

About You

• Experience in estimating or project support (UK-based)
• Strong Excel skills (essential)
• Able to read drawings and technical documents
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Background in construction/interiors (preferred)
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to develop
