Working closely with the Head of Technology, you will help stabilise day-to-day operations, improve processes, manage third-party suppliers, and deliver practical technology improvements across the organisation. The successful candidate will be hands-on, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across both operational support and transformation initiatives.
