My client, a globally respected organisation based in Cambridge, is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery and day-to-day service management of their HRIS Workday and People Systems estate. The role You ll lead a team of 6-8 across HR Solutions Delivery, covering both change and run. You ll manage the pipeline of technical change, keep service levels on target, and make sure HR applications are performant, secure and audit-ready. You ll partner closely with the People and Culture team and the Technical Solution Owner, who sets the solution design, so your focus is on delivery, service and leadership.
