Key Responsibilities: Execute planned and reactive service calls for CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control equipment. Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional conduct. Collaborate with a team of engineers while also managing individual workload. What you need: Proven experience servicing CCTV and/or alarm systems (intruder, fire, access control experience is highly desirable).
