Egypt and Jordan B2B Account Manager Duties: Design and operate high end bespoke tailor-made journeys throughout Egypt, Jordan along with other destinations throughout North Africa and the Middle East based on client parameters including interests, style of travel and budget. Liaise with local suppliers, guides, drivers, hotels, and on-the-ground teams. Manage trip operations: confirmations, client documentation, adjustments, last minute problem solving. Communicate professionally, promptly, and warmly with clients (B2B) throughout the planning process and whilst on ground in destination.
