We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Sous Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining culinary standards, and contributing to menu development. If you have a passion for culinary arts, proven leadership skills, and are committed to maintaining high standards in the kitchen, we invite you to take on a senior leadership role at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation.- Oversee and actively participate in the cooking and presentation of dishes.- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.- Lead the culinary team in the absence of the Head Chef.- Contribute to menu development and innovation.- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of kitchen supplies.- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.- Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training.- Strong leadership and organizational skills.- Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
