We are seeking experienced and passionate EYFS one-to-one Teaching Assistants for a North Liverpool based primary school. This is a full time, long-term role starting in September 2026.The main purpose of the role is to work one-to-one with a EYFS student with SEN considerations, the teacher and the school, to raise standards of achievement for all pupils in the EYFS.Main DutiesAssist with a child in class under the direction of the teacher, working primarily in a one-to-one capacity to support with designated tasks in both class lessons and play, and outside of the classroomUnder the direction of the class teacher support learning activities and work with the individual, assisting in the implementation, and monitoring of progress, of individual education programmesAssist with monitoring of progress, pupil observations, and if needed, to liaise with parents under the direction of the class teacherSupport teachers in photocopying and other tasks in preparation and support of teaching the studentWork with class teacher to track progress and the effectiveness of interventions and strategiesBe pro-active in thinking ahead to work with the class teacher and parents to plan adaptations to any changes in the usual school day or school tripsBe proactive in matters relating to health and safety, monitoring and dealing with such things as trip hazards by ..... full job details .....
