An ideal candidate for the role of Creative Art Assistant will be someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable and have excellent communication skills. The desired Creative Art Assistant will have a passion for working with young people and be able to build rapport quickly, supporting young people in making positive choices. The role will hold the usual responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant within a SEND school environment but also be able to incorporate their creative arts skills where required by school.
