We are seeking a senior Head of Health and Safety to lead and shape our safety agenda. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving excellent safety standards across a diverse portfolio, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company''s Health and Safety strategy across all projects
• Promote a strong, positive safety culture on site and within teams
• Ensure adherence to all relevant UK legislation and industry standards
• Provide expert guidance and influence senior leadership and operational teams
• Monitor safety performance, manage risk, and drive ongoing improvements

The successful candidate will have:

• Hold relevant Health and Safety qualifications and ideally be a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), or working towards this statusProven leadership experience within construction safety
• Deep knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and construction sector experience
