Administrator - Damp,-Mould and Disrepair Team

Contract:-Temporary / Interim (until 31st March 2027)
Rate:-18-22 per hour

We are seeking an organised and proactive-Administrator-to support a busy-Damp,Mould, and Disrepair team.

The role will include:

• Managing case records and customer communications.
• Supporting compliance with Awaab''s Law requirements.
• Assisting with the management of disrepair claims and legal casework.
• Coordinating actions across teams and contractors.
• Supporting the development of a more automated and digitally enabled service.
• Experience using excel, housing management, CRM and case management systems.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating actions across multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Experience of delivering or supporting Awaab''s Law compliance within a housing environment is essential.
