Discounted food and drinkThe Sous Chef we are looking for will ideally have a background working in fresh food, high volume, fast paced, branded high street restaurants/quick service restaurants with the ability to manage teams, stock and GPs''.SOUS CHEF - IS THIS YOU?Experience as a Sous Chef in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced serving all fresh food core to spec menus
Passion for cooking with fresh produce - core menu experience will be a bonus
A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detailA strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train and motivate a team
Some financial knowledge - able to support in managing GPs'', stock, costs, budgets, wastage and labourSOUS CHEF - YOU WILL:
Manage all day to day kitchen operations in a hands-on capacity
Help to recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your teamDeputise for the head chef in their absence
Prepare and cook the all fresh company core menu
Work closely with the FOH team
