Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Referral and Assessment Team for Bromley Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Leading and managing a team of Social Workers to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions for children and families. Overseeing the allocation and management of incoming referrals, ensuring timely decision-making and effective safeguarding responses. Providing professional supervision, support, and performance management to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-standard practice. Ensuring assessments, care plans, and reports are completed in accordance with statutory guidance and organisational policies. Chairing strategy meetings, case discussions, and multi-agency forums as required. Monitoring workflow, quality of practice, and data performance to achieve service targets and improve outcomes. Promoting partnership working across agencies to support effective early intervention and safeguarding. Contributing to the development of best practice and continuous improvement within the service.
