Delivery Manager - SC Cleared

SR2 has an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join a high-profile government programme focused on AI assurance, intelligent automation and digital service transformation.

The programme is helping to transform public services through the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation, and you''ll play a key role in coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams within a collaborative Agile environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Manager with around 2-5 years'' experience who is looking to develop their career on a large-scale government transformation programme while working alongside experienced delivery and technical teams.

• Support the delivery of an in-flight AI assurance and automation programme.

• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple Agile workstreams.

• Work closely with Product Managers, technical teams, business stakeholders and civil service teams.

• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies and progress reporting.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help ensure delivery remains on track.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams.

• Help identify and remove delivery blockers while supporting continuous improvement.

• Contribute to governance, reporting and assurance activities in line with government delivery standards.

• Active SC Clearance.

• Around 2-5 years'' experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or PMO/Delivery professional with increasing responsibility.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience tracking risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.

• A proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership and learn within a fast-paced delivery environment.

• Experience working within UK Government or the wider public sector.

• Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation programmes.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and government governance processes.
