Our services include rolling, forming, plough grinding, and plasma, flame, water jet, and laser cutting. They are currently seeking an experienced Laser Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Load materials onto a Bodor Laser machine and operate using programs provided by the production team Adjust machine software settings to achieve optimal cutting results Work accurately from works tickets and technical instructions Conduct rigorous size checks on finished parts using micrometers Inspect and approve finished goods before sorting and preparing for dispatch Work independently with minimal supervision Carry out daily and monthly machine maintenance checks Requirements: Previous laser machine operating experience is essential Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to read and follow technical instructions Competent in using measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers) Self-motivated and able to work independently Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am 3:30pm 30-minute lunch break each day 12:30pm till 1:00pm Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme (after qualifying pe
